At onsenDesigns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion pieces. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the quality of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
